posted here are QMN newsletters. As with more items being available on the web
this permits the QMN newsletters to be made available through the web page. As always
members without e-mail/ computer capability can still receive the news letter via
snail mail. As with our other documents
this information is not restricted and is available to
any Radio Amateur.
